LAURIE DENESCHUK

As the  primary and founding consultant she describes her work as a calling and is in all ways "a people person". 

Laurie has collaborated with multiple entrepreneurs and senior executives to define their vision and build a strategy around recruiting, compensation, performance management, coaching and people operations practices addressing the challenges of scaling and contraction within ever changing market conditions.

Laurie has held management and operations positions in the human resources/recruiting field for more than 20+  years.  A former engineer for 15 years she has also lead various functions within IT,  Sales and most recently People functions, which has enabled her to look thru multiple lenses as a valued business partner.  Laurie has been involved with the  recruitment, hiring and engagement  of  more than 1000+ employees, and developed and built the human resources infrastructure in house to support multiple scaling technical companies including Nektar Therapeutics, TinyCo (Acquired by JamCity) Anki (a robotics company) and the latest being Netlify.  Laurie has also been a consultant/advisor to over 25+ companies helping them in projects from exec coaching, reduction in force, compensation, performance management to name a few areas of expertise.
